We are totally transparent in our charges and we charge a flat rate of 12.5% + VAT on the goods and services we supply. Often our buying and negotiating skills mean that you end up paying less than dealing with all aspects of the proposed event yourself and, of course, by using Trust Events, it is hassle free for you.
We offer a smooth-running service and your personal event manager will take care of everything leaving you free to enjoy and benefit from your event.
We can achieve short or long lead-in time and have access to 1000s’ of venues to secure the best rates for our clients.
In the event that you only need us to book and negotiate a venue and you “do the event yourself,” often we will receive commission from the venue and, in that case, we will advise you accordingly and adjust our end fee.
